Staff follow workload

Do not assign staff from a generic tier list. First identify where the workload is accumulating: entrance, pool deck, service area, attraction route or a distant expansion. Then make the smallest assignment that tests whether coverage improves.

Cleanliness is a map clue

When the park looks dirty, trace the route rather than buying another decorative object. Check bin placement, staff travel distance and whether the new attraction created a problem outside the original loop.

Keep the park observable

Leave clear corridors between the main guest route and staff work. If every path is crowded, you will struggle to tell whether a low rating comes from access, cleaning or attraction demand.

Measure the result

After a staff change, watch the same zone again. Record the change, the area and the observed result. Avoid claiming a permanent “best staffing” setup until the current build and park size are specified.
