Read guests as signals

Guest happiness is most useful when treated as a diagnostic signal. Ask which need appears repeatedly, where those guests are standing and what changed immediately before the signal appeared.

Do not turn a single unhappy guest into a global rebuild. Confirm a pattern first, then make the smallest change that can test the hypothesis.

The three-pass happiness check

Pass one: access

Can guests reach the service, attraction or exit they appear to want? Walk the route yourself. A beautiful facility that is hard to reach is still an operations problem.

Pass two: condition

Check the nearby pool deck, bins, rest areas and staff coverage. Cleanliness is not only a visual detail; it is a reason to inspect the working route before buying more content.

Pass three: response

After the change, watch the same area again. If the signal improves, keep the fix. If it does not, revert to observation instead of stacking another purchase on top of an untested assumption.

Happiness and expansion

Expand when the current route is legible and repeatable. A larger park multiplies walking distance, cleanup and staff decisions. Growth should follow a stable loop, not hide a broken one.
