Plan slides and pools around guest flow, queue visibility and the work each attraction creates for your park.
Start with a route, not a screenshot
When placing a slide or pool, first identify the entrance, the queue, the water landing and the path back to the next service point. A screenshot can show the attraction; it cannot show the cleanup and guest flow it creates on your map.
Attraction placement questions
- Can guests see where the queue begins?
- Is the landing area easy to reach for the next action?
- Does the route cross a high-traffic service path?
- Can staff reach the new area without a long detour?
- What is the smallest change that would let you compare this layout with the previous one?
Test one change at a time
Add one attraction, run the park, then record queue behavior, guest needs and cleanup. If you place several new attractions together, you lose the ability to tell which one created the new bottleneck.
